· The services and amenities that will be provided in 2013.
· Any maintenance or improvement projects that will be scheduled or saved for in 2013.
· The dues that must be collected from each household to provide the services, amenities, maintenance, and improvements scheduled for 2013.
The entire budget will be complete and voted on at the Board Meeting on November 13th @ 7pm, Fry Springs Beach Club.
Please complete this survey and provide feedback on your current satisfaction with services, amenities, and maintenance provided through the dues you pay to the Willoughby Property Owners Association. We also want to hear what you think about the current cost of dues ($120).
Persons interested in the budget process should attend the next three scheduled board meetings, the next of which is Tuesday, September 11th at 7pm, 921 Royer Drive.
