We are required by law to follow our bylaws and C&R's so it is very important that they represent how we want our neighborhood to operate. Our current bylaws and C&R's were put together by the developer in the 70's and there are many opportunities for them to be changed to better server our neighborhood.
This is a long and potentially costly process but it is also very important. Changing the bylaws/C&R's is the only real way to make fundamental changes to the way the WPOA functions. Some things that have been brought up that would need to be done through updating the bylaws and C&R's are:
